Role Overview
- Work directly with Third Party Advisors providing operational and practice management support for TIAA’s products and services
- Support Advisor Desk and Relationship Management team with expertise on our infrastructure and processes
- Develop, implement, manage, and maintain standard operating procedures for plan level consultants and participant level advisors
- Manage and monitor controls to minimize business risks for Third Party Advisors
- Support special initiatives and projects for the ongoing development of our Third Party Advisor platform
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in a client facing role within financial services
- Should have Series 6 or 7; Series 63 and State Life and Health Insurance
- 3 or more years of experience in Data Analytics
