Capital Markets Senior Associate – Sales Derivative Products Group

Role Overview

• Contributes to sales activities for a specific product(s) or transaction(s)
• Manages and develops client relationships
• Provides superior client experience
• Works closely with senior sales team, relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop, market and deliver capital markets solutions to clients
• Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions
• Develops and maintains client and/or investor relationships and other support functions as necessary
• Supports or executes sales and marketing strategies, such as product structuring and product distribution, to maximize sales and develop new business activity
• Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements
• Maintains compliance with policies and regulations
• Provides coaching to other team members

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
• Preferred Skills: Client Relationship Building, Corporate Finance, Decision Making, Equity Trading Systems, Financial Accounting, Investments, Investment Strategies, Trading Strategies
• Competencies: Analytical Thinking, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Financial Analysis, Financial Engineering, Financial Services Industry, Knowledge Of Customers, Managing Multiple Priorities, Sales Function
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
