About this role
Role Overview
Prospect and acquire new Merchant Services clients within the Business Banking segment
Partner closely with BBRMs and other bank stakeholders to uncover opportunities and deliver integrated solutions
Execute disciplined outbound activity, including targeted outbound outreach and referral‑based prospecting, to build a strong pipeline
Lead client engagements from discovery through close, aligning solutions to operational and cash‑flow needs
Develop and execute territory‑specific growth strategies that support bank objectives for deposit growth, retention, and fee income
Serve as a trusted advisor, reinforcing the bank’s value proposition and long‑term client relationships
Some in-person installation support, in conjunction with dedicated internal resources

university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
