Serve as an initial point of contact for a broad range of legal matters within Provider Solutions
Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across legal operations
Review, analyze, and negotiate commercial agreements and related documentation
Partner cross-functionally with privacy, compliance, security, finance, IT, and other stakeholders
Requirements
Typically requires approximately 7+ years of relevant legal experience in a legal specialist, paralegal, or similar advanced legal support role
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain risk and recommended paths forward in clear, business-focused terms
Strong partnership with privacy, compliance, data governance, and security teams on legal and contracting matters
Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives
