Management of the planning and monitoring of OOH operations implementation across the assets/verticals and locations under their responsibility;
Coordinate project implementation schedules from technical feasibility through installation, operation and maintenance;
Monitor and track the operational performance of public and private contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs, contractual obligations and operational KPIs;
Analyze, monitor and track operational performance indicators, proposing process and productivity improvements;
Analyze, monitor and control the department budget (CapEx and OpEx), proposing changes and cost reductions;
Manage billing for third-party contracts;
Contribute to expansion studies and new projects by providing actual operational and financial performance data for projections;
Support local Operations in the contractual administration of Concession Contracts;
Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation in compliance with the Concession Contract and internal operational parameters (monitoring and control of productivity indices, equipment availability, etc.).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Production or Mechanical), Economics, Logistics or related fields;
Postgraduate/MBA in Project Management, Finance, Operations, Controllership or related areas preferred;
Previous experience in Operations, Infrastructure, Controllership, Financial Planning or Project Management;
