Running onboarding calls via Google Meet, guiding clients through product setup, training and answering queries

Working collaboratively with the wider team to evolve and improve the onboarding process

Proven customer-facing experience
whether that’s retail, hospitality, or something else where you’ve built rapport with people
Clear, confident communicator, both written and verbal
Organised and process-oriented
managing a pipeline of onboards simultaneously
Genuine curiosity about software and the tech space
Self-starter with ambition and drive
