About this role
Role Overview
- Execute daily management of the order portfolio, ensuring SLA compliance by customer profile;
- Monitor aging, order cycle and conversion rate, taking corrective actions as directed by the team;
- Serve as the operational interface with the commercial/sales team to align deadlines;
- Ensure correct application of service rules and ATP (Available-to-Promise);
- Update and maintain documentation of routines and area processes;
- Support standardization and stability of the operation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
- Knowledge of SAP (SD/MM);
- Organized, disciplined profile with a focus on routine tasks and execution;
- Previous experience in B2B customer service or portfolio management (preferred).
- Familiarity with the SAP SD/MM module;
