The specialist will be responsible for conducting investigations, lead generation, negotiations, and resolution of cases related to the unauthorized use of software distributed by ESSS, including software usage audits and license compliance and regularization activities.
Maintenance and updating of control spreadsheets and support in managing the area's processes.
Support for CRM tools, primarily Salesforce.
Assistance in communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English and/or Spanish (written and verbal);
Experience in software license compliance, including software usage audits and license regularization;
Experience with a commercial focus and strong negotiation skills for medium-to-high complexity cases;
Advanced English and/or Spanish.
