Support the Compliance and Data Protection Management in all areas of the department’s activities, including those described in the Governance and Personal Data Privacy Policies, Compliance, Integrity, Legislative Monitoring, and the Code of Ethics and Conduct
Preparation and oversight of ISO 27701 audit processes to which the company is subject
Report directly to the Head of Compliance and Data Protection
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law
Qualifications in Compliance, Data Protection, and Corporate Governance
Preferred: Knowledge of consumer law (supporting customer/data subject service activities)
Preferred: Experience in designing, structuring, and implementing management processes
Preferred: General familiarity with technological tools (CRM, BI, etc.)
Preferred: Intermediate English
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in areas related to Compliance and/or Data Protection (processes to ensure LGPD compliance, data flow inventories, DPIA documentation, supplier due diligences) and client support (handling and drafting responses to requests from clients, consumers, or data subjects)
Preferred: Professional experience with credit bureaus, technology companies, banks, or multinational organizations
