Manage a varied client portfolio, ensuring organization, meeting deadlines and quality service;
Provide client support, clarifying doubts, presenting results and aligning expectations;
Collaborate with other teams (creative, Customer Success, sales, strategy) to align campaigns and materials;
Review briefs, creatives and copy, ensuring they are aligned with the defined strategy;
Update reports and internal monitoring systems.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication, Business Administration or related fields.
Knowledge and experience in paid traffic.
Familiarity with digital performance metrics and KPIs.
Experience with or aptitude for client/customer service.
