Develop procedures and interpret and apply policy for area of expertise to achieve specified outputs, or advise the wider business on application of policy.
Monitor implementation of those procedures within the organization.
Identify requirements for HR frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee onboarding and offboarding, and retention of talent.
Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and empowering others.
Investigate complex hypotheses using HR data to diagnose underlying causes of key business issues and identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and improve business performance.
Act as subject matter expert in an area of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team.
Manage relationships with internal clients and act as a business partner to them, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust.
Requirements
3-year degree (NQF Level 7) HR Related field
Honours in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or related field will be advantageous.
Experience in engaging with Senior Business Executives for business support functions
A minimum of 3 years of relevant Human Capital experience as an HCBP or Generalist with exposure to the following:

Change Management
Organisational Development/Effectiveness.
