Role Overview
- Provide a proactive, pragmatic generalist People & Culture service to CNN International Commercial teams across EMEA
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across teams
- Partner with managers on organisational change
- Communicate and implement People & Culture strategies
- Support and coach line managers to manage performance
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of business partnering within a fast-paced, high-change, matrix environment
- Strong commercial awareness
- Proven experience of partnering with Centres of Excellence
- Experience of overseeing projects and change programmes across international or multi-team environments
- Ability to exercise independent judgement
