About this role
Role Overview
Enter and maintain orders (new collections, replenishments, and strategies across all categories);
Serve Núcleo customers by phone and email, handling requests, inquiries, complaints, and other demands;
Maintain orders according to requests from KA (Key Account) managers and the executive team;
Analyze and support the release of blocked orders and factory-based invoicing;
Monitor order status, deliveries, halted shipments, and item availability;
Conduct weekly follow-ups with customers;
Schedule deliveries with logistics and monitor the delivery flow of orders;
Participate in meetings with customers to build and monitor the order book;
Manage controls for invoices, extensions, postponements, and packing lists;
Support operational controls such as label customization, credit management, and scheduling;
Register customers, distribution centers (DCs), and stores, and update commercial tables;
Assist in preparing performance reports and KPIs (orders, inventory, and deliveries);
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and cross-functional interfaces.
Requirements
Higher education in progress or completed;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Relevant experience in the area;
Must have easy access to Shopping Villa Lobos in São Paulo;
