Role Overview
- Support the design, implementation and monitoring of Human and Organizational Development (DHO) initiatives
- Support activities related to culture, performance, leadership development, organizational climate, engagement and employee experience
- Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute Human and Organizational Development programs
- Plan and execute actions related to organizational climate, engagement and culture based on GPTW (Great Place To Work) results
- Manage and advance the administration of performance evaluation cycles
- Plan and implement development initiatives to strengthen organizational and leadership competencies
- Perform data and metrics analysis, providing insights and action plans
- Review the employee journey with a focus on delivering experiences that reinforce our culture and improve talent retention
- Prepare materials, presentations, communications and content related to the area's initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of People & Culture processes, policies and practices
- Ensure organization and tracking of project timelines, deliverables and stakeholders for the area's projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field
- Previous experience in organizational development, performance management or culture
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office suite)
- Ability to interpret and analyze data
