Manage end-to-end installation and deployment projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed scope, standards, and processes.
Act as the main point of contact for customers during deployment.
Secure customer acceptance and support transition to operational support teams.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and customer value.
Requirements
Strong understanding of multi-technology data center ecosystems, service delivery frameworks, and commercial governance principles.
5+ years of project management experience including managing deployment projects.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
