Administers and maintains sales operational systems and processes to provide content, data and information management in support of sales pursuits.
Implements and configures sales tools, content management and tracking systems.
Develops and manages catalog and web-based content, web pages and other online sources for storing and communicating information for sales and partners.
Enters, updates and ensures accuracy of data in sales and client and partner relationship management systems generates regular and ad hoc reports for account teams and leadership.
Advises on improvements and enhancements for design of sales systems and tools.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales teams and Partners for quote creation, modification, and management.
Create, update, and manage sales opportunities in SFDC (Salesforce).
Generate and maintain accurate quotes using quoting tools (SAP, Oracle CPQ, ASQ/NQG, etc.) ensuring adherence to pricing, discount, and approval policies.
Support Sales and Account Managers with pricing requests, deal structuring, and opportunity-related queries.
Manage complex and high-value deals, including required documentation and approvals.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, Customer Care, Order Management, and Global Support to resolve quoting and ordering issues.
Monitor and address quote and opportunity escalations, involving Team Leads or Managers when required.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across SFDC, and quoting tools.
Maintain strong knowledge of sales tools, processes, and policies to effectively support partners and customers.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
Typically 4-6 years experience
Experience in sales support, quoting, or commercial operations.
Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle CPQ.
Working knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce) for opportunity management.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
Proficient Japanese and English language skills required.
