Supports ISRs and customers by providing tracking information, freight charges and PODs
Processes freight claims and work with freight companies to ensure resolution
Submits corrected Bills of Lading to freight companies
Communicates with other departments to help resolve credit and shipping issues
Creates credit memos for pricing discrepancy
Issues return goods authorization to the customer and work with warehouse personnel to ensure that goods are acceptable for restock and return is closed
Runs open order report and open credit report to accurately update the reports for monthly projections
Processes rebate orders
Processes Co-op dollars (credits) in Apprise
Orders catalogs, brochures and literature to fulfill customers requests
Other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements
High School diploma and or GED
Functional Microsoft Office skills
Data entry
Customer Service
Familiarity with the product catalog
Familiarity with general industry terminology and product naming conventions
