Support the delivery of marketing activity across Enginuity
Shape and enhance marketing strategy through creative ideas and effective execution
Cover the full marketing lifecycle including content creation, communications, campaigns, and small-scale events
Produce high-quality content for various channels including websites, newsletters, CRM email campaigns, webinars, collateral, and events
Create website content, write press releases, campaign materials, and newsletters
Design assets across digital, print, and social channels to enhance brand visibility
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, communication plans and support events promoting Enginuity’s activities
Ensure marketing activity is communicated effectively and delivers maximum impact

Experience in a similar marketing role
Confident creating engaging written content for a range of audiences and platforms
Strong communication skills
Ability to build positive working relationships across different teams
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects and campaigns
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
Experience using CRM or marketing automation systems
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
Good influencing and problem-solving skills
Sound judgement and professional approach to confidentiality
CIM Level 4 Marketing qualification or equivalent marketing qualifications
Experience delivering marketing and communications activity that increases engagement and advocacy
Interest or understanding of engineering and manufacturing landscape is advantageous
