Lead the development, management, and delivery of comprehensive performance reporting and financial analysis related to Growth & Innovation initiatives.
Focus on traditional performance management while also playing a key role in establishing 'next generation' reporting frameworks.
Define and develop the metrics needed to effectively assess performance in Growth & Innovation and to understand its contribution to EY’s overall business success.
Analyze business performance by developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and presentations that enable business leaders to quickly understand performance and underlying drivers.
Collaborate across EY (Super Regions, Service Lines, Finance, and Markets) to develop strategic and operational plans and forecasts for Growth & Innovation.
Utilize EY’s Opportunity and Engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact business growth and client delivery.
Support planning and forecasting for Growth & Innovation categories.
Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies.
Take ownership of issue management and resolution, ensuring delivery of exceptional client service to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with EY’s financial policies and governance standards.

Graduate and/or professional certification in a business-related subject matter (e.g., Accounting, Finance).
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or business analysis, preferably within professional services.
Advanced skills in financial/markets reporting, data analysis, and performance measurement.
Experience in developing innovative reporting frameworks and defining key performance metrics.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Analysis Servers, Excel).
