Requirements
Demonstrated healthcare marketing experience — this is the non-negotiable. We’re prioritizing depth and quality of healthcare work over total years in marketing
Proven track record building and shipping email newsletters and drip campaigns end-to-end
Strong hands-on design capability (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite)
Solid working knowledge of SEO — keyword research, on-page optimization, structuring content into SEO frameworks
Comfort working independently across multiple disciplines without handoffs
Excellent written English skills
Available to work US hours full-time
