Planning, implementation, management and optimization of paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads
Analyzing and interpreting relevant KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
Developing data-driven optimization approaches and strategies to improve performance
Taking ownership of client projects or independent components within our project teams
Preparing for, conducting, and following up on client meetings
Ongoing communication with clients via email, calls, and coordination meetings
Structured management of to-dos, timelines, and next steps in day-to-day project work
Close collaboration with the team on strategy, implementation, testing, and learnings
Coordinating creatives, reporting, and feedback within your project teams
Clear reporting and transparent presentation of results and recommendations

Experience in paid social
Strong knowledge of the Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of performance metrics and a data-driven approach
Interest in taking responsibility for your own topics and projects
Structured, reliable, and independent work style, with a good sense of prioritization and project organization
Confidence in client communication
Enjoy working in a team and advancing projects together efficiently
Basic understanding of project management and prioritization
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Awork, Pipedrive, Brevo or similar is a plus (not required)
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Located in Munich or the surrounding area, or willingness to come to the office once a week
