Own and scale our Paid Social campaigns across multiple international markets, ensuring campaigns align with efficiency goals.
Run Meta Ads campaigns as your primary engine, while proactively identifying opportunities to test, launch, and scale secondary channels (e.g., TikTok, Reddit and etc).
Continuously test ad creatives, hooks, copy, audiences, and landing pages tailored to each network's unique user behavior.
Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and optimization areas.
Monitor budgets, performance trends, and bidding strategies to ensure efficient spend allocation.
Analyze complex cross-channel data sets to identify growth opportunities, scaling patterns, and inefficiencies in our conversion funnels.
Prepare regular performance reports that clearly communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies, bringing new ideas and experiments to the team.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing paid social acquisition campaigns;
The ability to analyze visual asset performance across different platforms and direct creative teams on platform-specific formats and trends;
Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, Google sheets and etc.);
Solid understanding of modern paid social attribution (e.g., multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing) and navigating post-iOS14 tracking limitations.
Excellent time management skills;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with other departments;
Proficiency in English both verbal and written;
Familiarity with CRO and landing page best practices is an advantage;
Experience in working with complex, global, large-scale campaigns is an advantage
