Brand & Business Development Manager

Role Overview

• You develop new brands – from concept through to launch.
• You produce product, market and competitive analyses, evaluate them and derive actions.
• You develop brand strategies, business cases and project plans.
• You support price negotiations and brand-related discussions with retail partners.
• You lead internal brand building efforts – from product development to marketing.
• You work closely with our creators and are responsible for regular coordination.
• You accompany the market entry and lay the foundation for long-term growth.

Requirements

• You have several years of experience in business development, brand development or innovation management.
• You think strategically, work in a structured way and take responsibility.
• You have a strong sense for brands, trends and target groups.
• You have experience building new products or brands.
• You are solution-oriented, hands-on and open to new approaches.
• You have excellent German and English skills.
• You are confident using MS Office.
