About this role
Role Overview
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and with empathy.
Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to Tianshi’s networks across Europe via online and offline channels.
Organize, prepare for, and actively participate in events, meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements
Excellent command of German (C1) and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel.
Strong online and offline marketing skills.
Active, motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
Proficient with MS Office (PC skills).
