Originate and close new business opportunities with mid
to large-sized corporate clients, with a strong emphasis on new client acquisition
Translate commercial client needs into scalable payment and transaction banking solutions
Lead complex deal structuring, maintaining high standards of quality, commerciality and risk awareness
Manage client relationships through implementation to ensure outcomes are delivered as promised
Act as a player-coach, providing mentorship, guidance and technical support to junior sales colleagues
Work closely with implementation, compliance, legal and operational teams to enable effective execution
Contribute to the ongoing development of Moneycorp’s transaction banking, mass payments and partnership strategy
Represent Moneycorp with clients, partners and industry stakeholders where appropriate

Proven experience in transaction banking, payments or cash management sales
Strong understanding of global payment flows and payment connectivity
Demonstrated success in originating and closing new business opportunities
Ability to structure commercially sound, scalable solutions for complex client needs
Experience working across international teams and multiple legal entities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
High attention to detail, resilience and tenacity in a quota-carrying role
Exposure to card issuing, acquiring or payment partnerships (desirable)
Experience with trading or online payment platforms (desirable)
Familiarity with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management (desirable)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
