Role Overview
- Maintain customer contact data in the NOVA system
- Conduct regular data checks and clean-up tasks
- Assist in ensuring consistent and accurate customer care data management across teams
- Use analytics tools to monitor key data points
- Identify any data discrepancies and work on resolving them
- Help create and maintain real-time performance dashboards
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree programme at a business school in Management/Data Management
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of or interest in data management and analysis
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate with all types of people
