Own end-to-end clinical operations across all Carda programs
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing remote clinical team
Develop and enforce clinical SOPs, compliance frameworks, and accreditation standards
Partner closely with Growth and Partnerships to support program launches
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on clinical needs
Define, track, and report on clinical KPIs
Serve as a key external-facing clinical voice with partners

7+ years of experience in clinical or healthcare operations
Demonstrated success building and scaling clinical programs, ideally in a digital health or virtual care environment
Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing clinical teams in a remote environment
Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias toward execution
Data-driven mindset with experience owning clinical quality metrics and outcomes reporting
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
