About this role

Deliver integrated marketing activities that elevate brand awareness, drive lead generation and commercial impact
Develop high-quality marketing materials including brochures, product data sheets, presentations, website content, and campaign assets
Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging customer
focused content such as blogs and white papers
Produce photographic and video content to enhance marketing materials
Manage and grow company social media channels
Plan, create, and schedule content that increases engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth
Monitor performance using analytics tools and optimize content based on insights
Assist in the planning and delivery of industry events, exhibitions, and fire safety days

Degree in Marketing / Graphic Design or similar CIM qualification
Proven 5+ years’ experience in a marketing or creative role in a B2B environment
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) are essential
Basic–intermediate knowledge of motion/animation tools (e.g., After Effects or Premier Pro)
Experience leading end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization
