Develop and execute a yearly Integrated Marketing Plan for B2B.
Develop and communicate B2B marketing plans, activation results and project recommendations to the senior management team.
Working with senior exec leadership stakeholders to drive growth and align strategy.
Collaborate with GTM, PDT & Sales Team to prepare go-to-market strategy and tactics to deploy new business features/ values to our clients.
Cooperation with other colleagues from Product, Sales, respective channel marketeers (PR, SoMe, performance, CRM, SEO, content and so one).
Manage all aspects of our B2B marketing operations.
Preparing and setting short-term activations plans.
Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand book guidelines.
Identifying and prioritizing upcoming opportunities with a data-driven approach, deciding where to focus and building a clear roadmap.
Conduct market research to monitor brand equity, CPV & identify new insights & opportunities.
Analyze data to evaluate & optimize B2B strategy efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
Proven track record of driving growth in a B2B environment, with a deep understanding of various marketing strategies, channels, and best practices.
Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and agencies.
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
Ability to take responsibility for your own designed plan and present it with senior management.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of real estate market will be additional advantage
Data-driven approach to explain business impact through analysis.
User-centric way of thinking and ability to identify insights and translate them into actionable plans.
Intrapreneur, way of working, feeling comfortable to build completely new solutions, rather than focusing only on optimization.
Accustomed to working in matrix or other complex environments and are able to cope with a good degree of ambiguity.
Polish and English fluency
