About this role
Role Overview
Drive sales into new accounts and expand into new buying centres within existing accounts across EXL’s full suite of solutions
Identify and connect with senior executives across the UK and Europe
Develop and position relevant use cases across Manufacturing, Retail, and CPG
Own the full sales cycle from lead origination through to deal closure
Actively pursue a defined set of target accounts to acquire new logos within Manufacturing and Retail sectors
Build and leverage relationships with third-party advisors and technology partners
Collaborate with EXL’s service delivery, solution design, and marketing teams
Stay current on industry trends across Manufacturing, Retail and CPG
Cultivate deep relationships with client stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (MBA preferred)
8+ years of sales and business development experience
Strong experience in Manufacturing, Retail, CPG or related non-financial service industries
Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex deals across multiple service lines
Strong network and existing relationships with decision-makers across finance, operations, digital and supply chain functions
Proven ability to manage consultative, integrated solutions spanning domain expertise, analytics, digital transformation, and F&A outsourcing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels
High-energy, results-driven mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
