Requirements
10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS, AI, or startup environment
Experience hiring across both GTM and R&D organizations
Proven success managing complex and high-priority searches in fast-changing environments
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to increase productivity and improve recruiting outcomes
Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities across multiple channels and markets
Excellent written communication and cold outreach skills
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across manager to executive level
Experience using recruiting metrics and market insights to guide decision-making
Ability to operate independently with high ownership and accountability
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and intense growth environments.
