About this role
Role Overview
Develop and manage the annual HR Solutions event strategy and portfolio
Evaluate event investments based on pipeline goals, account priorities, revenue potential, market visibility, and business impact
Recommend and prioritize conferences, sponsorships, executive events, customer engagements, and regional activations
Align event initiatives with integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market priorities
Lead strategy and execution for executive dinners, VIP experiences, sporting events, regional activations, and customer events
Design high-quality attendee experiences that strengthen relationships and accelerate pipeline opportunities
Partner with Sales on target account strategy, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up
Ensure consistent white-glove execution standards across all programs
Own and scale Mitratech’s virtual roundtable program for HR leaders
Establish repeatable frameworks and operational processes for virtual events
Collaborate with Demand Generation and Product Marketing on topics, audiences, and event strategy
Manage end-to-end event execution, including logistics, vendors, sponsorships, onsite coordination, and event materials
Build and maintain scalable playbooks, templates, timelines, and execution frameworks
Oversee vendor relationships and event budgets
Partner with Sales and Demand Generation teams to align events with pipeline priorities and revenue goals
Support attendee targeting, pre-event engagement, and post-event follow-up
Track event performance metrics including attendance, meetings generated, pipeline influence, engagement, and ROI
Provide recommendations to improve event effectiveness, scalability, and attendee experience
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, or demand generation
Proven success managing strategic event programs end-to-end
Strong understanding of pipeline-driven event strategy and account-based marketing
Experience partnering with Sales leaders and executive stakeholders
Excellent project management, organizational, and operational planning skills
Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing vendors, sponsorships, and event budgets
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Goldcast, and event management platforms preferred
