Supporting employees and managers on HR-related matters, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, and workplace relations;
Supporting workforce planning and cross-team staffing coordination, facilitating collaboration across streams and resolving staffing-related challenges;
Supporting and coordinating the performance review cycle and related people processes;
Identifying training and certification needs, coordinating development initiatives, and supporting employee growth;
Supporting HR budget planning, workforce allocation, and HR metrics analysis;
Preparing HR insights, reports, and presentations for leadership and internal stakeholders;
Supporting compensation and benefits discussions, employee engagement activities, and sensitive employee matters, including terminations.
Requirements
At leats 2 years of experience in an HRBP or senior HR role;
Strong experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals;
Experience partnering with senior management and supporting leadership teams;
Solid knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and compensation;
Experience with HR analytics, salary structures, and HR systems;
Ability to coach and influence stakeholders without direct authority;
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills;
Excellent communication skills, with high integrity and professionalism;
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
