Drafting and negotiating distribution and sales contracts—tailored to business models and market requirements
Out-of-court and judicial enforcement of civil and commercial claims
Advice on customs and foreign trade law, with a particular focus on export control and sanctions law in a practical, international context
Assisting our clients with reporting obligations in payment and capital transactions
Requirements
Excellent legal qualifications with several years of professional experience in an advisory environment
Solid specialist expertise in sales law and foreign trade law
Strong commercial understanding
Enjoyment of advising clients and involvement in client acquisition
Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
Professional demeanor and a reliable, structured working style
