Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, job requirements, and qualifications.
Reviewing resumes and screening candidates for hiring leader submittal.
Job requisition management, scheduling interviews, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and handling rejection communications.
Compliance: Ensuring initial paperwork and compliance requirements (licensure checks) are met.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) for High-volume, non-exempt, or entry-level clinical and administrative staff (e.g., CNAs, Medical Assistants, Lab Techs, administrative support).
Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to first day of employment.
Partner with HR Business Partners, and organizational leaders on talent and recruitment related matters including requisition escalations.
Consulting with hiring managers on effective interview techniques and recruitment plans for hard-to-fill roles.
Align TA tactics, and strategies with overall business goals.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
Identify and suggest improvements to recruiting processes.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, universities, community groups, schools etc. as needed.
Utilize data and analytics to inform and improve recruitment processes.
Performs other job functions as assigned or requested.
