Responsible for hands-on training of regional staff using corporate curriculum, procedures and documentation
Training areas include any Operations function, industry and compliance topics, system releases, new products or clients, and other regional or corporate initiatives
Responsible for reviewing and integrating all information produced and distributed by Luminare Health Corporate Training
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2-5 years claim processing, medical insurance and or TPA experience
Self-directed individual who works well with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively and collaborate with employees, co-workers and team members
Flexible; open to continued process improvement
Proficient in MS Word and working knowledge Excel
Ability to learn new/proprietary systems and to adapt to various system platforms
Willing to travel within region and to other regional offices or training/conference locations
