Role Overview
- Manage processes to ensure adherence to best practices and standard methods while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Coordinate business review and approval meetings, acting as an advisor to contract owners throughout the process.
- Track opportunities across the entire sales cycle, from creation to closure, supporting teams in organizing and reconciling information.
- Support reporting, analysis, and sales forecasting activities, contributing to data-driven strategic decisions.
- Train and guide sales teams on processes and tools, promoting adoption of best practices.
- Prepare and record information for Qualification & Deal Review meetings, ensuring clarity and follow-up on action items.
- Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, contributing to increased efficiency in Sales Operations.
Requirements
- Advanced English
- Experience managing processes and organizing multiple priorities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with strong proficiency in Excel
