Staff Auditor

Role Overview

• Execute internal audit engagements
• Participate in interviews and gather information for audit work programs
• Perform walkthroughs, testing, and analytical procedures
• Draft and share audit reports with auditees
• Identify control gaps and process improvement opportunities
• Analyze and interpret data for potential risks or control weaknesses
• Collaborate with audit team members and management for corrective actions

Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 1-2 years of work experience in operations, internal audit, or public accounting preferred
• CPA, CMA, or CIA candidates a plus
• Manufacturing experience a plus
• Basic knowledge of internal controls, auditing procedures, and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop professional skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
