Own and continuously evolve the Digital & AI transformation roadmap — ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise strategy
Govern the AI investment pipeline — including intake, prioritization, business case development, and leadership reporting
Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks — including approved tools registries, acceptable use policies, and compliance alignment with GDPR and ISO 13485
Define and track program success metrics — including adoption, efficiency gains, process improvements, and business impact
Coordinate and support a network of Functional AI Champions across Commercial, R&D, Operations, Medical Affairs, and Finance
Drive end-to-end delivery of digital and AI initiatives — including planning, execution, dependency management, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination
Requirements
6+ years of experience in program or project management
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
Strong technical understanding — with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, vendors, architects, and business stakeholders
Strong governance and organizational mindset — capable of establishing scalable frameworks and processes without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
High proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
Experience working with enterprise AI, automation, digital transformation, or productivity platforms
