Support customers with on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of Agilent Chromatography systems
Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
Proactively respond to potential equipment issues
Deliver fully integrated solutions, including training other field engineers and customers on solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or other university-level degrees in related science fields, e.g., chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or similar
1-2+ years of experience working with analytical instrumentation, ideally including repair, maintenance, and/or troubleshooting
Experience or expertise with Gas Chromatography(GC) and Gas Chromatography Mass Spectroscopy(GCMS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer relationship-building skills are essential
Valid driver's license required
