Role Overview
- Analyze companies' human resources policies and develop operational recommendations
- Participate in meetings with elected representatives and management
- Provide support and advice to employee representatives in the context of high‑stakes projects
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labor Law, or from a business school
- At least 2 years' experience gained in-house or at a consultancy
- Solid expertise in employee relations
- Experience leading HR projects
- Advanced computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Autonomous and methodical, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- Awareness of social and societal issues
