About this role
Role Overview
Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations function by contributing to policies, programs, and practices
Mentor new TA Onboarding Specialists
Administer various People employee programs
Cover end-to-end pre-boarding and hiring execution, focusing on offer letter initiation, background check coordination, and hiring administration
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive candidate experience
Draft, review, and send official employment agreements
Initiate and monitor background verifications and drug screenings
Handle employee record creation and verify Right to Work
Act as the main point of contact for queries and concerns
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, IT, and external vendors
Manage complex onboarding cases and resolve high-level inquiries
Identify gaps in the onboarding workflow and implement improvements
Audit data entered by junior staff for integrity in ATS and HRIS.
Requirements
2-4+ years in HR onboarding, talent acquisition support, recruitment administration or HR service delivery roles
Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Excellent verbal and written skills to guide candidates and liaise with stakeholders
Strong adherence to defined workflows to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely execution
High attention to detail across offer documentation, background checks, and hiring records
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders through clear, proactive, and solution-focused engagement
Experience working with external vendors to drive accountability, governance alignment and service delivery
Comfortable working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and People Information Systems (HRIS)
Demonstrated commitment to delivering a seamless, professional and welcoming experience for new hires.
Ability to guide without dictating, while focusing on the mentee’s evolving needs.
