About this role
Role Overview
- A 12-month secondment opportunity in our AML due diligence team
- Provide technical subject matter expertise to assess potential and actual risk within client portfolios
- Undertake ongoing due diligence for Commercial Bank clients
- Explain and support due diligence requirements to both internal and external clients
- Act as a liaison point for managing relationships within Commercial Banking
Requirements
- Procedural/Product/Specialist Knowledge
- strong technical knowledge of Anti-Bribery, AML and Sanctions and good technical knowledge of other financial crime areas
- Strong communication skills both orally and written
- Work under pressure and apply logical thinking to problem solving
- Stakeholder management
- Build & maintain internal / external customer relationships
- Team player
- Take responsibility for queries / issues through to resolution
- Manage expectations of all internal and external customers
- Prioritise workloads
- Work to strict deadlines
- Ability to make/take inbound and outbound client calls
