Architect the lead-to-revenue lifecycle across our programmatic SMB motion and our ABX Enterprise motion – and design the operational layer (target accounts, signals, alerts) that Sales actually uses every day.
Run our marketing website as a revenue surface: pages, forms, tracking, SEO/GEO health, CRO experiments.
Lead a translation and localization workflow that combines human craft with AI-assisted drafts (Claude AI, DeepL) for scale across EN, DE, and our priority international markets.
Build the Marketing analytics layer in Power BI: funnel, channel, campaign, ABX account engagement, and database health.
Be the in-house champion for AI inside Marketing. Identify, prototype, and ship Claude AI workflows that compound team productivity – measured in real time saved and real output created.
Run database governance: enrichment, deduplication, GDPR-compliant consent, suppression, retention.
Own the Martech stack: evaluation, procurement, vendor management, integrations, renewals.
Partner closely with Sales, BD, RevOps, Campaigns, PMM, Brand & Creative, BI, IT, Legal/DPO, and external agencies.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent practical experience welcomed.
4+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Growth Operations in B2B tech – ideally in a scale-up with both SMB and Enterprise motions.
Expert-level, hands-on HubSpot ownership, plus lived experience integrating it with a CRM (Dynamics 365 strongly preferred; Salesforce experience transferable).
Strong Power BI skills: data modeling, dashboards that leaders actually use, comfort with DAX basics.
Real fluency with Claude AI or comparable LLM tooling – not just curiosity, but shipped use cases with measurable impact.
Practical web management experience, plus a working grasp of SEO, GTM, and GA4.
Solid email marketing craft and deliverability know-how.
Comfort with GDPR and consent management in a European context.
The temperament for a scale-up: you can juggle many priorities, push back diplomatically, document like your future self depends on it, and stay calm when everything is on fire.
Fluent English. German is a strong plus.
