Role Overview
- Implement best practices for IT delivery and serve as a critical link between technical teams
- Coordinate the delivery of IT projects, system enhancements, and business-as-usual activities
- Manage team members and liaise with IT stakeholders
- Support IT planning activities including defining work plans and timelines
- Manage the delivery of IT initiatives while tracking milestones and deliverables
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT delivery or coordination roles involving cross-functional teams
- Familiar with both Agile (including Scrum) and Waterfall delivery methods
- Solid understanding of SDLC and how IT initiatives move from planning through implementation
- Experience using common delivery and tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ServiceNow)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, ITIL, or similar) are a plus
