Role Overview
- Draft mid-level pleadings (main deadlines and interim petitions);
- Manage deadlines;
- Analyze judgments of liability and favorable outcomes at first and second instance (administrative proceedings
- PAs);
- Conduct procedural case analysis;
- Prepare calculations of monetary awards/amounts due following judgments;
- Update the client's case management system.
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent);
- Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration;
- Desire for continuous professional development;
- Preferable experience with civil procedure and working in a law firm/office environment;
- Strong drafting and written communication skills;
- Technical knowledge in the field (consumer law).
