Working Student – Graphic Design

Role Overview

• You are responsible for trade/commercial sales for our entire portfolio — from specialist books and magazines to e-books, databases, digital archives and workflow solutions.
• Close collaboration with our marketing and product management teams to efficiently promote events.
• Graphic design of banners, advertisements and promotional materials for our training and continuing-education offerings.
• Production of video content — recording, editing and producing short teasers, clips or presentations.
• Support in running webinars — including technical assistance and welcoming participants.

Requirements

• You are a registered student (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Design) and have at least one year remaining for a working-student role.
• Initial practical experience in marketing, graphic design or content — for example through internships or working-student positions.
• Knowledge of video editing with tools such as Canva or common graphic tools.
• You speak and write very good German and present yourself confidently and sympathetically in online settings.
• You are creative, curious, tech-savvy and interested in trends around AI and marketing.
