About this role

handle both Drive Backend Assembly and Data Storage Systems process set up and buyoff, product label buyoff
ensure yield, cycle time and quality outcome of the buyoff process meet the target
yield monitoring
failure analysis once an excursion occurs
set the hypothesis, design of experiment to find out root cause, suggest the action and report to Engineer
basic data query and analysis to provide information for Engineer
ensure process is sustainable by monitoring KPIV/KPOV and Fast triggering
work collaboratively within a team environment of engineers to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards
undertake a project aimed at enhancing production process efficiency in a continuous and sustainable manner
