About this role
Role Overview
- Monitor process performance, troubleshoot issues, and report results to engineers and managers.
- Support engineering evaluations and development projects to enhance process quality and reduce cost.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in planning, investigation, and problem-solving activities within the production line.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to contribute to team, department, and company objectives.
Requirements
- A Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics is required.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new job-related software.
- Understanding process engineering functions.
- Experience in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing or vacuum technology is preferable.
