Oversee business operations at a Utility-scale Renewable Energy Operations Control Center (OCC)
Develop, track, and manage OCC operating budgets
Oversee invoicing, receivables, and financial reporting
Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency
Manage contract deliverables and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Liaise with internal and external auditors and regulatory officials
Lead initiatives to improve workflow efficiency and OCC business processes
Assist in workforce planning including staffing strategies and training plans
Coordinate procurement of OCC business services and vendor management
Present periodic performance summaries and KPI dashboards
Monitor OCC business metrics and facilitate timely reporting
Serve as principal business contact between OCC, GOP, asset owners, and other key parties
Support OCC and GOP relationship management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of business operations management experience, ideally in energy, utilities, or renewables
Staff management experience preferred
Familiarity with NERC, FERC, ISO, and GOP frameworks are strongly preferred
Strong financial acumen; expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with ERP/accounting systems is a plus
